A "Food as Medicine" Program
Leading healthcare organizations are now recognizing the benefits of adhering to a whole food, plant-based diet. While more physicians are encouraging their patients to make the lifestyle change, doing so is a challenge without the right support system. Aaya's Table Culinary Reset (CuRe) program makes it easy, with structured meal service to make immediate changes, all the while building the foundations of how to cook and eat plant-based for any background in a sustainable and enjoyable way.
PERSONALIZED
Choose a program length that suits your schedule: 1-month, 3-month or custom. Every meal plan is then personalized to match your existing food preferences and choices.
TEAM CARE MODEL
An Aaya's Table program manager creates your custom plan, approved by dietitians that understand plant-based nutrition before dedicating a Kitchen Coach that works with you to ensure every meal is to your liking. We will even share cadenced progress reports to your physician to help him/her better manage medication changes through the program duration.
