How it Works

Once you are ready to join our family of clients, we'll start with an introductory coaching session to get to know you. We will discuss your food preferences and goals, as well as review how we prepare our foods to be so healthy. After our discussion, we'll set a date to come in and cook. We'll do the grocery shopping so you will only have to plan on being hungry! Once we've finished preparing your meals for the evening or week, we'll clean and store leftovers.

At Aaya's Table we want to be more than just your personal cook. Think of us as a kitchen coach with whom you can get guidance for eating well on your own, tips for cooking the whole food plant based way, and even reach out if you just need some moral support on your journey. 

How it works

Our Services

Our services below are listed as single sessions. There is no long term commitment, but we do offer pricing discounts for monthly agreements. For our cooking and meal prep services we request a 50% deposit prior. Cancellations and date changes must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance. 


Weekly Cook

This is our specialty. Have us prepare a personalized menu, shop for all the groceries and then cook a delicious meal. We'll clean up too.

Grab-and-Go Prep

We will prepare a week's worth of meals - breakfast, lunch, snack - in easy to carry containers. Great for taking to work, the gym or on your travels.

Cooking Lesson

Cook like Aaya on your own. This is a 90-minute cooking lesson to learn how best to prepare meals the whole food, plant-based way.

After an initial consult, we create a custom menu for you that considers your food preferences and dietary goals. Our Kitchen Coach will then come to your home to prepare meals based on your selections, which will last you through the week.

A small meal typically includes one main dish and one small dish, which would satisfy anywhere from 8 to 10 servings. A large meal would include two main dishes and one small dish that comes to 12 to 14 servings. An extra large meal includes two main dishes, two small dishes and breakfast preparation, about 22 to 24 servings. We recommend beginning with a smaller service on your first week.

All our services are personalized and pricing shown is intended as a guide and can be customized further. Grocery shopping can be added for an additional fee. Pricing does not include taxes.

Grab and Go Prep

$205 + Groceries

This is a smaller in-home meal prep service. Following an intake to identify your food preferences and schedule, we will create a personalized menu of breakfast, lunches and snacks that are ideal for work or travel. Our Kitchen Coach will come to your home to prepare a week's worth of meals and store them conveniently to grab-and-go. 

Reusable containers are available for purchase on request.​ Grocery shopping can be added for an additional fee. Pricing does not include taxes.

Cooking Lessons

60 minute lesson


90 minute lesson


A fun and interactive cooking lesson that's great for adults and kids. Based on your audience we decide on a signature dish for us to make during a 60 or 90 minute session. The goal is to learn, have fun and get comfortable with preparing food the Aaya way.

Virtual Kitchen Coaching

60 minute session


An interactive video session with a Kitchen Coach to build essential knowledge and culinary tricks for a whole food plant-based diet. You will receive recipes and grocery list from a personalized selection and then schedule time for remote coaching and guidance via video conference while you prepare the dishes.
