How it Works
Once you are ready to join our family of clients, we'll start with an introductory coaching session to get to know you. We will discuss your food preferences and goals, as well as review how we prepare our foods to be so healthy. After our discussion, we'll set a date to come in and cook. We'll do the grocery shopping so you will only have to plan on being hungry! Once we've finished preparing your meals for the evening or week, we'll clean and store leftovers.
At Aaya's Table we want to be more than just your personal cook. Think of us as a kitchen coach with whom you can get guidance for eating well on your own, tips for cooking the whole food plant based way, and even reach out if you just need some moral support on your journey.
Our services below are listed as single sessions. There is no long term commitment, but we do offer pricing discounts for 25-30% discounts on monthly agreements. For our cooking and meal prep services we request a 50% deposit prior. Cancellations and date changes must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
